Reformer Fundamentals â€‹

Your introduction to the Reformer. Learn how to set up your machine, adjust the springs, and move with confidence. We’ll focus on correct form, breathing, and safe technique so you can build a strong foundation for all other classes. We recommend attending at least 3 Fundamentals sessions before moving on to Sculpt or higher-intensity formats.

Fullbody Sclupt Level 1

A dynamic full-body workout designed to build strength, stability, and mobility. Every sequence targets not only your upper and lower body but also deeply engages your core for balanced strength and control. Perfect for those who want to sculpt and tone while deepening their practice.

Fullbody Sclupt Level 2

The advanced version of our Full Body Sculpt class: longer flows, more challenging transitions, and higher intensity. Expect total-body sculpting with powerful core activation in every sequence. Recommended for experienced clients.

Lower Body Sclupt Level 1

Target your legs and glutes with controlled, precise movements that strengthen and define the lower body – always supported by strong core engagement. With a focus on form and tempo, this class builds a solid foundation for strength and stability.

Lower Body Sclupt Level 2

The advanced version of our Lower Body Sculpt class: deeper burn, more complex sequences, and added intensity for legs and glutes. Your core works hard to stabilize and power every move. Recommended for experienced clients.

Upper Body Sculpt Level 1

Strengthen your arms, shoulders, and back with targeted Reformer movements. Every sequence challenges your core to support posture, control, and alignment – creating balanced upper body strength.

Upper Body Sculpt Level 2

The advanced version of our Upper Body Sculpt class: longer holds, more challenging transitions, and higher intensity. Sculpt lean muscle in arms, shoulders, and back while keeping your core constantly engaged for stability and power. Recommended for experienced clients.

Bounce & Burn (Cardio Tramp)

Low impact, high energy. Using the Jumpboard, this cardio-driven class combines jumping sequences with strength flows for a sweaty, calorie-burning workout that keeps your joints safe while boosting endurance. Expect rhythm, fun, and serious burn.

Max Burn
(HIT Workout)

A high-energy class that combines the best of both worlds – the Reformer and the mat. The first half focuses on dynamic, strength-driven Reformer sequences to activate your entire body. The second half moves to the mat for a powerful HIIT-Pilates workout designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge endurance, coordination, and control. Expect intensity, sweat, and a full-body burn. Recommended for experienced clients.

Rave 

A high-energy full-body workout synced to driving techno beats. Intense, sweaty, and immersive – this class combines sculpting flows with pulse-pounding music to leave you strong, energized, and fully in the zone.

Club 

Smooth, powerful, and full of rhythm. Flow through sculpting sequences set to RnB & Afrobeat tracks that blend intensity with groove. Every move engages your core while building strength and control throughout the body.

Stretch & Restore 

A grounding and restorative Reformer session designed to release tension, restore length, and bring balance back to your body. Expect deep stretching, gentle mobility work, and calm, mindful connection. The perfect reset and complement to your more intensive workouts.
