Feline Kluxen
Hi, I´m Feline - currently doing my Master's in Clinical Psychology & Psychotherapy, and in my Pilates classes, I focus on both physical and mental well-being. Every session is a chance to reconnect with yourself, push your limits, and challenge both body and mind. My mantra: Every person brings something valuable to the table – we all have something to learn from each other. My classes? Slow, calm & powerful, with a special focus on legs & booty.

Malina Dumk
Hi, ich bin Malina – dein Pilates-Powerpaket mit einem Hauch von Thai-Boxer-Mentalität! In meinen Klassen erwarten dich anspruchsvolle Workouts, eine gute Portion Spaß (und vielleicht ein kleines bisschen Drama 😉). Du wirst schwitzen, lachen und mich vielleicht auch mal verfluchen – aber keine Sorge, ich halte das aus! Ob auf Englisch oder Deutsch, ich bringe dich in Bewegung, sorge für Abwechslung und erinnere dich selbst in der anstrengendsten Plank daran, wofür du dankbar sein kannst. Ready to work it with me?

Nathali Kopytko
Hi, I´m Nathali - "Convince the mind, and the body will follow" – that’s my mantra! Coming from a strength and endurance background, I love integrating Pilates as the perfect balance to my routine. Controlled, precise movements that mobilize and challenge the body are what make Pilates so unique for me. My classes combine strength, balance, and body awareness – and you can always expect some bridging and unilateral exercises. Can’t wait to train with you!

Susanna Nadler
Hi, I’m Susanna! Originally from Italy, I’ve been calling Hamburg home for 20 years now. I completed my Reformer Pilates training in Los Angeles and have been passionate about movement ever since. I’m also a Shiatsu practitioner, and I love ending my classes with a mini sound meditation. Finding balance between powerful movement and deep relaxation is key! My favorite Reformer exercises? Short Spine Stretch, Semi Circle, and of course, a good plank variation! My motto: Every day has the potential to be a good one.

Hey, I’m Franzi – a Hamburg-based personal trainer with a passion for movement, strength, and the mind-body connection. My goal is to help you feel strong, healthy, and full of energy. In my classes, you’ll experience a full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances balance – physically and mentally. My mantra: I trust myself and my journey, moving forward with joy, gratitude, and lightness. Favorite move? Single Leg Side Lunges – because a strong core and stable foundation are key to finding balance! ✨
