What to bring?

It is required to wear sportswear, but without shoes. Therefore it is mandatory to wear no-slipping socks. If you dont have any, no problem - you can purchase your own pair in the studio.

It is also advised to bring water and a towel. Wearing jewellery is not recommended, as it could get caught in the reformers.

How to change my booking?

Accepted Answer

In order to modify existing bookings you need to log into the member area. You can do this:
1. Via our website. You find the login button in the top right corner
2. Via our mobile app that you can download in your app store (much better usability)

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancelation is possible 24 hour before the class starts. The credit will be credited back to your account - not refunded to your bank account. In case you cancel less then 24 hours before class starts, unfortunately we can not reimburse the credit (unfortunately not possible given the small class sizes).

For bookings via one of the sports Plattforms (Wellpass, Classpass, Urban Sports Club) that are canceled too late, there will be a no show fee.
The applicable amount will be invoiced and must be paid directly to The Frame Studios.

Question 4

Can i use my credits in your other location too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is possible to use your credits across our locations. Simply choose a slot in the right studio and login with your existing account to use your active credits.

Question 5

Can I use Welpass

Accepted Answer

Yes. However we ask for an additional surcharge fee. So in order for you to participate you can book the course via our booking form and select the Wellpass Ticket. When arriving at the studio as always u will find a QR code to scan.

Can I use Classpass?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Just book our classes in your Classpass App and join our classes! In the studio youl will need to checkin with the Classpass QR code.

Question 7

Can I use Urban Sport Club?

Accepted Answer

In our Hamburg studio you can use Urban Sports Club if u are a L or XL member (4 times per month) - Bookings can be done via the Urban Sports Club app. When arriving at the studio as always u will find a QR code to scan.

How does the waitlist work?

Accepted Answer

Fist come first serve. U will get notified if a spot gets free. First one to react gets the spot.

Question 9

Can I shower after the class?

Accepted Answer

Hamburg Studio: Unfortunately not! Given the historic building we operate in, we can only offer a shower.

Berlin Studio: Yes we have a shower that can be used.
