It is required to wear sportswear, but without shoes. Therefore it is mandatory to wear no-slipping socks. If you dont have any, no problem - you can purchase your own pair in the studio. It is also advised to bring water and a towel. Wearing jewellery is not recommended, as it could get caught in the reformers.

Cancelation is possible 24 hour before the class starts. The credit will be credited back to your account - not refunded to your bank account. In case you cancel less then 24 hours before class starts, unfortunately we can not reimburse the credit (unfortunately not possible given the small class sizes). For bookings via one of the sports Plattforms (Wellpass, Classpass, Urban Sports Club) that are canceled too late, there will be a no show fee. The applicable amount will be invoiced and must be paid directly to The Frame Studios.

Yes, it is possible to use your credits across our locations. Simply choose a slot in the right studio and login with your existing account to use your active credits.

Yes. However we ask for an additional surcharge fee. So in order for you to participate you can book the course via our booking form and select the Wellpass Ticket. When arriving at the studio as always u will find a QR code to scan.

Yes! Just book our classes in your Classpass App and join our classes! In the studio youl will need to checkin with the Classpass QR code.

In our Hamburg studio you can use Urban Sports Club if u are a L or XL member (4 times per month) - Bookings can be done via the Urban Sports Club app. When arriving at the studio as always u will find a QR code to scan.
